Palak ke Hare kebaba

2 bundles of spinach (chopped and properly washed)
2 boiled potatoes (peeled off and mashed)
1 big chopped onion
2-3 chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 small bundle of green coriander (chopped and properly washed)
4-5 bread crumbs
1 tablespoon crushed cumin
teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon dried mango powder
1-2 tablespoon lime juice
Salt according to your taste
Oil for frying
50 gms grated cabbage


Step 1: Mix all ingredients except cabbage. Make small balls with this preparation in medium size.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and fry all balls till it gets golden brown.

Step 3: Heat sizzler plate properly and put butter on it. Decorate it with cabbage leaves. Put green kebabs on it.

Step 4: Your palak ke hare bhare kebab is ready to eat, serve it with tamarind or mint chutney.
